We handle media day for the Flash program across five markets — Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, and Erie, Pennsylvania. Hundreds of athletes a season, on schedule, delivered on time.
That is the standard we bring to every club, however many teams you run.
What we shoot
- Media day Full roster coverage in a single session — individual portraits, team photographs, and the composite-ready frames your program needs for programs, banners, and social. We run to a schedule and keep the line moving, because a media day that overruns costs everybody their afternoon.
- Sportraits Styled, lit portrait work — the dramatic single-athlete images families actually hang. Shot on location or with a portable studio setup at your facility.
- Game day & action coverage Matches, meets, tournaments, and championship days. Fast turnaround so images are useful while the result still matters.
- Season agreements One arrangement covering media day, selected game coverage, and end-of-season work across your whole program. Priced as a package rather than event by event, and simpler for everyone to administer.
- Athlete sessions Individual bookings for a single athlete — recruiting material, signing day, or simply a set of images worth keeping.
- Senior photos Senior night, senior banners, and full senior portrait sessions that work for both the program and the family.

Tell us the program
How many teams, roughly how many athletes, and what your season looks like. That is enough for us to quote.

We build the schedule
Media day runs on a timetable worked out with your coaches — which team is where, and when. Programs with several teams get a run sheet before the day.

Shoot day
We arrive early, set lighting and backdrops, and work through the roster. Coaches keep coaching; we handle the flow.

Delivery
Edited digital files delivered to your program, organised by team. Families get gallery access, where they can order prints directly if they want them.
Afterwards
Digitals for the program, prints for the families
Your program receives edited digital files it can use however it likes — social, banners, programs, press. That is included, not an upsell.
Families get access to a gallery of their athlete. If they want prints, they order directly through it and we never have to run an order form through your team parents.

Where we travel
Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, and Erie are all regular stops. Multi-market programs are what we are set up for.
Team and program work is quoted with travel included for the markets we already serve. Anywhere further, we will price it plainly in your proposal.
