Published, not quoted on request. Weddings are priced flat because a wedding is not an hourly problem. Events are priced by the hour, because they usually are. Team and program work is the one exception — it is built around your season.

Ceremony photography is already part of full-day coverage — the ceremony sound add-on above is audio and music only. Officiating is priced this way because we're already at your venue; booked on its own, without other services, it's quoted separately.

The twenty percent bundle applies to event bookings too. Because hourly totals vary with the length of your event, we'll quote your combination directly rather than publish a table for it.
Teams, clubs & athletes
Program work is quoted rather than listed. A four-team club and a five-market program are not the same job, and pricing them off one number would either overcharge the small club or undercut the large one.

What shapes the quote
Four things, and we will walk through all of them with you before anything is agreed.
- How many teams, and roughly how many athletes
- How many sessions, and in how many locations
- What your program needs delivered, and how quickly
- Whether it is a single date or a season-long arrangement
Program bookings include edited digital files delivered to your organization. Families receive gallery access and can order prints directly. Travel is included for Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, and Erie.
Before you book
- Holding your dateA signed agreement and a retainer reserve your date. The balance is due before the event; we'll lay out the schedule in writing.
- Setup and breakdownWe need venue access ninety minutes before your start time and about an hour afterward to break down. Neither counts against your coverage hours.
- Officiating and photography togetherOne person can't marry you and photograph it at the same time. If you'd like both from us, we'll plan separate ceremony coverage with you and put it in your proposal.
- TravelIncluded within 50 miles of Rochester for events and weddings. Team and program work is quoted with travel included across the markets we already serve — Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Binghamton, and Erie. Anywhere further is priced in your proposal.
- What's never an upchargeLighting, emcee services, event organization, venue coordination, wireless microphones, and backup equipment. All standard.
